Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SparkCanvas services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

SparkCanvas provides the following services:

• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design
• Front-end development
• Portfolio website creation

The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Project Process

1. Consultation

All projects begin with a consultation to understand your requirements. This may be conducted via WhatsApp, email, or video call.

2. Quotation

After understanding your needs, we provide a detailed quotation including scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project type:

• Portfolio websites: 50% advance, 50% on completion
• Custom projects: As agreed in the project proposal
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). You represent that you have the right to use all content provided.

Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website/app deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Assets

We may use third-party assets (fonts, icons, libraries) that are properly licensed. You agree to comply with their respective license terms.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Provide content and feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

SparkCanvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered projects for bug fixes related to our work. This does not cover issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, or hosting problems.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point. Advance payments are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
